We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or other licensed financial firm, and we do not give advice based on your personal circumstances.

Options trading is high risk and you may lose your entire investment. Past performance does not indicate future results. You make your own decisions and bear all of their consequences; consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

2. About the trade records

• Trades and positions from a given day are published after the market close by default, so the Site is delayed and cannot be used to copy trades.
• Profit and loss is calculated from the recorded prices and excludes commissions, slippage and taxes; it may differ from actual account results.
• Content marked "Example" is demonstration data, not real trades.
• We try to keep records accurate but do not guarantee they are free of errors or omissions, and we may correct them when errors are found.

3. Memberships and payments

Memberships and courses are purchased and managed on Whop. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow Whop's terms and the conditions shown when you buy. Communities such as Discord also have their own rules.

4. Intellectual property

Text, videos, charts, trade records, logos and design on the Site belong to us or their respective owners. You may view the Site and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, republish, sell or use the content commercially (for example to provide trading signals) without our written permission.

5. What you submit

Information you submit through the application form must be truthful and your own. We use it only as described in our privacy policy. Member review screenshots have personal details obscured before they are shown; contact us if you want a review that concerns you taken down.

6. Prohibited conduct

• attacking, scanning or interfering with the Site or its servers;
• bypassing bot protection, rate limits or other security measures;
• scraping content in bulk or submitting forms automatically;
• impersonating others, or submitting unlawful, infringing or harassing content.

7. Third-party sites

The Site links to third-party sites such as YouTube, Discord and Whop. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or services.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our members are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use the Site, or from any trade or decision based on its content.

9. Indemnity

If your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site leads to a third-party claim or loss against us, you agree to cover our reasonable resulting costs.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes arising from these terms or the Site will be handled by the competent courts in Texas.

11. Changes and language

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page changes with every update. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms. These terms exist in Chinese and English; if they differ, the English version prevails.
